What is a Subscription?

A subscription is a monthly order of your choice. It is billed and shipped to you the date of your original purchase every month. This date can be changed or canceled at anytime via your account. 

How often should I expect delivery?

We send subscription orders 12x/yr on the monthly anniversary of your first order.

Can I change my subscription?

Absolutely. Please make changes to the subscription at least 3 days prior to the charge date. We will send a reminder 3 days before the subscription renews. To do this, visit the “Subscriptions” section under your account and select “Manage Subscription” on an active subscription. From there you can change, the delivery date, frequency, product, and more.

How do I add something to my subscription?

Visit the “Subscriptions” section under your account and select “Manage Subscription” on an active subscription. Hover over the item you would like to add and select “Add One Time” for a one-time addition or “Add subscription” to subscribe to the item.

How Do I Set Up A Subscription?

On any product page there is an option for a single purchase or to "Subscribe and Save". Select "Subscribe and Save."

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, we ask that you cancel the subscription at least 3 days prior to the charge date. Reminders are sent 3 days before the subscription renews. To do this visit the “Subscriptions” section under your account and select “Manage Subscription” on an active subscription. Select “Cancel Subscription” at the bottom of the page and follow the form to confirm your cancellation.

How do I change my delivery date?

Visit the “Subscriptions” section under your account and select “Manage Subscription” on an active subscription. Select “Next Charge Date” and select a new date for shipment.
